Business owner, strength and conditioning coach, and human movement specialist.

James has been in the health and fitness industry for 15 years as a business owner, having owned multiple private training studios, and now finds himself with his own therapy studio, in Burton upon Trent, still doing personal training sessions in the gym, as well as continuing to work with clients online and around the world. 

James prides myself with constant learning and understanding of how to transfer his knowledge and experience to help clients achieve goals.

Sports massage therapist

In his younger years you would regularly find Tony on two wheels, riding (and racing) his bike. Competing for a number of teams, he enjoyed success winning track leagues, divisional medals and even becoming a schools national champion on two occasions.

Although he hung up his wheels many years ago, his passion for cycling and sport remains, and as a level 3 sports massage therapist, is hoping to continue his passion in a more supportive role.

Sports massage therapist

Sarah is a level 5 sports massage therapist with 8 years experience in the massage industry.

She started out in salons and spas offering a range of holistic massage treatments and over the years expanded on her skill set, working in gyms, focusing primarily on sports massage.

Sarah offers a range of additional skills including; cupping therapy, hot stone massage, scraping and K-taping.

Alongside massaging Sarah is a firefighter which she absolutely adores.
