The Body Fix coach was founded in 2019 by James Bacon. Previously known as JDB strength and conditioning. The Body Fix Coach primary location is at Tatenhill, Burton on Trent. Most recently, our second site has been opened in Matlock, Wirksworth.

We are looking to expand to further locations throughout the next few years. With franchise opportunities currently being developed.
